As a professional civil engineer, he obtained his masters in Construction Management from Washington University in St. Louis and holds PMP and EIT degrees from the State of California. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, he has worked as a structural designer on concrete and steel structures, as well as a project manager and consultant for general contractors, construction management companies, and concrete subcontracting companies managing commercial, residential, industrial and civil projects. His expertise in the construction field and office management afforded him the opportunity to participate in several large scale projects in California, Maryland, and Nevada as well as in Peru.

Arnaldo has a bachelors in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Kansas and a master in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has experience in project planning, engineering, and financial development. He has worked on successful projects with NASA and Scaled Composites while building the SpaceShipOne. He brings to the table different perspectives and is an advocate for minority participation.

Aimee holds her degree in Civil Engineering from the California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly), San Luis Obispo. She has 10 years of experience in the construction and civil engineering fields, including project development, estimating, project engineering, on-site field engineering, and management experience. She has managed and been involved with projects in both the California Bay Area and the Las Vegas Valley.
